Navigate to https://evat-suite.cimsgh.com/
Click this image.
Click on the "Date Range" field
Select your preferred "Date Range"
Click "Apply Range"
Click the "Report Type" dropdown to select the report type
Click "Start Export"
Click "Proceed with Export"

Click Download
