| (1) Click Reports | |
| (2) Click on the Select Report field. | |

(3) Select from the dropdown list, the report you want to view. |

| (4) Click Open Report. | |
| (5) Specify a period to pull the report for by entering a start date, known here as Date From | |
| (6) Click on the calendar icon to enter a start date | |
| (7) You can backdate to a preferred period, example, Sept 1st to Sept 30th | |
| (8) So, you backdate to the month of September and select 1st. | |
| (9) You repeat same for end date, known here as Date To. | |
| (10) You backdate to the month of September and select 30th | |
| (11) Click the Branch field. | |
| (12) Select the branch you want to pull a report for, if for all, click Select All. | |
| (13) Next, click View Report to generate the report. | |

(14) The report is generated |

(15) Click the print icon to print out a hardcopy of the report. |
|
| (16) Click on the Export icon to export the report. | |
|
(17) Select the document format for the export. |
